Commission's Terms of Service
· Payment 100% upfront, Paypal only.· Please provide a paypal address and a Discord/Twitter contact to make communication easier and faster.· Work begins after the invoice is paid. Animations take from 2 weeks to one month dependending on how busy I am at the moment.· I will provide a couple of wips for you to see progress and apply any changes you want. (Changes made after the piece is finished will be charged extra based on complexity)· You will receive a HD .mov file and a .mp4 file in a drive folder.· I reserve the right to use these animations over my social media with credits to promote my commissions (you may request I post it after a certain date).· You must NOT resell it, alter, or make profit out of it in any way. They are for personal use and streaming.· I reserve the right to stream the rigging over Twitch unless requested differently.· The Commissioner agrees to crediting me when using the artwork (in twitch panels, twitter bios/tweets, facebook/instagram posts, etc).· Refunds can only be requested if I haven't started working on your commission yet.
